JPMorgan Chase - we the people bail out jpmorgan but will they bail out the customer???

On 18 Feb 2011, I received a call from a lady by the name of Leslie from the Kennesaw, Ga Chase Auto Finance Office letting me know that I was at the end of my contract with Chase Auto Finance and I needed to pay a balloon payment of $2500.00 which was still left against my contract and they needed it by 28 Feb 2011 or they would need to take action to pick the truck . I couldn't believe my ears. I questioned the lady and explained that I didn't have that type of funds on hand and would need to make arrangements to pay this debt. She said that this was not possible and since I had serveral late fees applied throughout the years of financing the truck that she would look at a way to maybe knock off some of the late fees . I explained that my payments had been coming through a military/civilian federal allotment and this was not my fault that they were not pulling the payment on time. This was due to there error. She explained that since this process wasn't working for me I should have stopped the payment process and continued sending the payment through western union as I was doing prior but at times I was on travel or something would come up so I elected to send through allotment with there approval, plus the western usion was costing me an additioanl $35.00 each time I would send. My payroll office whic is the DOD Defense Finance Accounting Office pulled all records and faxed a copy to the allotment payments to the Auto Finance office and they told me that this process just wasn't working. They had not posted serveral of the payments at one time and had to complete an audit after reviewing they sent me a ltter telling me they had found five unposted payments and next time ensure my name was on the payments which was allotments, this I didn't understand or had I ever heard of throughout my career of sending an allotment to a business.
I contacted the manager (Mr. Topp) with the complaint of requesting the $2500.00 and he asurred me that this was real. I explained the delimma and he told explained that I was at the end of my contract and needed to closeout my account with Chase by paying the account in full of $2500.00. However, Sept 2009, I had attempted to restore my home and purchase new furniture since I was doing fairly well with my bills, so I have aquired furniture bills and two general loans. Then in 2011, the month of August through November 2011 I was in and out the hospital due to sickness (phenomonia/pancreatis). Since I now reside in Georgia as a civilian with the military and no immediate family members you find yourself trusting people that pretend to be your friend and family, I was so sick I needed someone to help me unable to drive and take care of myself I trusted my neighbors who ended up stealing my cash of $1200.00 which I had withdraw to pay bills. I had made a police report but the officer told me cash was not proveable and in the state of mind that I was in I may have given it to them unknowly. However, I had all evidence of this lost including my bank withdrawal slip and my household insurance for a lost where they only reimbursed me $200.00 This lost of funds caused me to double over in my bills for the month of December and I was forced to make further arrangements for other future bills. I had over $100.00 in medication monthly that I was required. So in Febuary I thought there was a possibility that I would see the light with my bills when Leslie called from Chase Finance telling me of the contract closeout. This meant that I had to go further in debt to produce $2500.00 that I couldn't see. When calling Mr. Topp he allowed me to make arrangements that was acceptable to him to pay a payment of $866.00 the first two weeks and another $433.00 the next week. Spending this type of money that was a part of my monthly bills meant that I had to let a few bills go. I sent Chase bank through Western Union a total of $1299.00 in March 2011. Then 1 April 2011 I received another call from Ms. Leslie again saying that I needed to make further arrangements because my debt was raising to $1965.00. I called Mr. Topp again, he expalined that he needed a full payment of $1300.00 now for the three deferred payments I had requested throughout the auto loan, again I explained that I would be homeless because I had other bills besides him. he then agreed to split the payment in half $650.00 one payday and another $650.00 this coming pay period. I just couldn't see paying this amount out of my payroll and maintaining a household, I would be homeless. My grandchildren would go hungry. I have nothing. I can't even eat, gas is high and I live on the outside of town. How will I get to work ? however, I needed to pay them to keep the truck. This will mean I will have to let bills go, my bill collectors are already calling my home, job. I am embarrassed. They don't want to hear this delimma, they are calling me. My light bill is coming and we will be in the dark, I can't even pay my light bill. I have three grandchildren . Who can just pay $1300.00 out of there pay check without other bills following. I have never heard of anything like this. They are saying I am at the end of your contract. I am not leasing my car, I only purchased a 2003 Honda Element in year 2004 or 2005 through 2011. I have paid all of this money and now I am looking at losing it and I have come to the end all I owe is $1300.00 and no other arrangements can be made. Chase Auto Finance has no mercy. How am I to pay my other bills. I lay in fear that they will reposess my car any day because I can't pay a lump sum of $1300 or $650 as agreed. I have fallin behind and don't want to file bankrupty nor do I need bill collectors calling me day and night. My creditors gave me a second chance by allowing me to open the accounts. We the Government/tax payors just bailed GPMorgan out of debt and they are a rip off, we had mercy for them but they have nomercy on there customers. This truck has been a living nightmare since the purchase. There customer service is rude and threatens you and speaks to you like a child with no since what-so-ever. They think that every person has other alternatives to get money but I have late fees that they have applied on my credit report from there errors as well as going deeper in the hole without paying my creditors who have took a chance and allowed me credit to start over after my separation in marriage. I was looking forward to the day I no longer had to pay them. I'm not trying to not pay I just need smaller payment plan that is affordable to me. I will never ever want to purchase another car from no lender after Chase.
