They are very helpful and kind. I am undergoing cancer treatment and they have worked with me on the account.

They called me today. They had all my information: adress, bithday, and social! They kept pushing me to verify my identity. When I tried to get them to identify themselves, all the caller gave was their name. I had to call the number back to get the answering machine to identify the company. If I owe an organization money I have no problem being contacted and paying. But with all the security breaches and identity theft in this world… I can’t just confirm that information to someone who won’t identify themselves as a company.

The company keeps calling and harassing NONSTOP! This is against the law. They need to stop this immediately. It's so annoying and frustrating. I can't even enjoy my day without getting interrupted by their constant calls. It's like they have no respect for personal boundaries. I've tried blocking their number, but they just keep finding new ways to contact me. It's a never-ending cycle of annoyance. I wish there was a way to make them understand that what they're doing is illegal and unacceptable. I hope others don't have to go through the same experience.

This company keeps bothering me with lots of phone calls every day. I told them to remove my phone number from their list, but they haven't done it yet.

So, I was checking my *** and noticed a charge of $416.06. I have no clue what this charge is all about. Like, seriously, no explanation whatsoever. I never even heard of this service or gave my authorization for it. And to make matters worse, when I tried calling the number on the receipt, there was no connection at all. Ugh!

I keep getting lots of phone calls every day about some debt that I don't know anything about. As far as I know, I don't owe any money and I've never gotten any written proof of a debt. I'm from Canada and I don't understand why this company keeps calling me all the time.

JP RMP is the supposed creditor with a service date of 05/23 for $701.58. I called JP Recovery Services and requested a detailed list of services and the doctor involved over a month ago. They haven't replied yet, which makes me suspicious that it might be a scam.

I tried out this website called JP RMP (http://jprmp.com/) and gave them all the deets about my debt situation. The site gave me three choices - Pay in full, Partial Payment, or Scheduled payment (not sure about the last one). I went with "partial payment" and filled in all the necessary deets to make the payment (the vendor said they'd give me a discount if I paid before 3/4), which was my plan all along. But after I filled in the payment info and clicked the button, I didn't get a chance to set the payment amount, and they ended up charging me the whole shebang ($396.27) instead of the reduced amount ($198.14).

JP Recovery System keeps calling me multiple times every day, even using those annoying robocallers. They don't even care about the time and call me late into the evening. Just recently, some guy named *** called my husband while he was at work. Can you believe that? And it's not just us they bother, they've been calling my elderly parents too. Like seriously, what do they have to do with the account they're after? I've already disputed this account with my insurance company, but JP Recovery System doesn't seem to care. They haven't even bothered to send any mail to my address. And to top it all off, they won't give me any information about the account unless I give them my personal info. Like, are you kidding me? So, I'm putting my foot down and sending them a cease and desist letter. They better stop this nonsense ASAP.

They called, I didn't say who I am. They asked for my wife or her husband. I didn't say who I am or confirm any identity or if my phone number is right. I asked who they represent. They said JP recovery. I asked what they do and they said medical billing collections. I asked them to confirm if they called for past due medical collection and they confirmed. They called and told someone they were collecting debt on past due medical bills. This is not good, they're breaking the law. There are many reports on their review page of similar or worse illegal stuff like threatening jail time, etc.

I received three notices from JP Recovery Services about unpaid balances from an unknown provider. I'm unaware of this provider and have never received a bill for the amounts claimed. The only provider I've visited in the past six months is one I'm familiar with. I'm diligent about monitoring my medical bills and promptly settle any dues post-insurance. Currently, I have no outstanding balance with the known provider. I've sent three letters to JP Recovery Services requesting an explanation for these charges but haven't received a reply. Attempts to call the number provided [protected]) have been unsuccessful, with a message stating 'your call can't be completed right now.' This raises my suspicions about the legitimacy of the company. It's perplexing that they would involve a collection agency without sending me a bill first. I have excellent credit and would be upset if this situation negatively impacts it.
