Joseph Moadeb is a rip off slumlord who has been screwing over people for decades and now he's after his renters. He wants to triple the rent on my North Valley building. Ripping off the entire building isn't where Joseph Moadeb started.
He and his partner Sam Jenkala had a scam that became national news. Joseph Moadeb created a company named "Modern Concept Marketing Inc. AKA Central Data Supply, AKA Supreme Business Products. Moadeb took used toner cartridges, refilled them, repackaged them, and sold them as a "new brand." The government caught up to Moadeb and had to payback millions of dollars to over 28, 000 companies. His primary company is JM & M Holding, LLC. If you try to sue him, you'll find he uses three different social security numbers. Worse - Joseph Moadeb hides his ill-gotten money offshore wrapped in a maze of shell companies. Beware of doing any business with Joseph Moadeb.
