I purchased a 22 long rifle conversion kit for my AR 15 that has a one year warranty. It did not work properly and I immediately returned the item with a letter and receipt to Ciener for repair, replacement or refund. It has been two months, he received the unit August 18th, postal delivery confirmation, and I have called several times and left messages because no one answers the phone. I have faxed him and filed a complaint with the FL BBB and have not received any response from Ciener or the BBB which does not surprise me because I have read that he will not respond to the BBB. Doing a search on Google, complaints Ciener, brings up a page full of complaints from consumers about this company. Why is there not some agency that can assist the consumers from the actions of this company. I am out $159.00 plus shipping to me and back for repair. Can you assist me in getting me a refund? I no longer want his product because if I have more problems with his kit I will have more problems getting it repaired again.

I waited over 9 months to get two magazines back that I had returned because they did not work in any of my three 1911s. I FAXed the company twice, tried to leave messages on the company phone number three times, but could not tell if they were recorded and even left a message on Jonathan Ciener's home phone. No response until I sent him copies of my complaints made to the BBB and Attorney General of Florida, then magically the magazines were returned, modified, and this time they returned. However, the return documentation was annotated that no future service would be provide to me or orders accepted. As if I would!
Three years later and i had exactly the same experience with a lit for Beretta 92-- the kit did not fit, the service did not exist... Lost $200, forget about this business, avoid it at all cost or just mail your personal check or money order and expect nothing back.
