Jolie Plastic Surgery Center review: Arm Lift Surgery

I wanted to get an arm lift and I thought I found the place that would do it for me. I make a deposit of $250 back in November 2021. My surgery was supposed to be scheduled for Feb 4, 2022. I followed all the steps that I was supposed to take prior to surgery. A week before my surgery I got an email stating unfortunately all doctors reviewed your case and they don't feel comfortable proceeding with the surgery as it is a very high risk due to my medical history. I have informed the refund department to be able to give you a refund once again I do apologize. I didn't have a problem with that as long as I was going to get my deposit back. Well I have been back and forth with Jolie Plastic Surgery Center trying to get my deposit of $250.00 back and still no luck. I received an email today stating "I am writing you to inform you that due to the cancellation policy that was signed, you don't qualify for a refund. I have explained to them that I didn't cancel my surgery the doctors did and the cancellation states if I cancel for any reason. The email also states that I do have the option to leave the initial payment as a deposit and reschedule at a later date. WOW! If the doctor cancel on me why am I not qualified to get a refund and if it's health reasons then what am I going to reschedule for so they can say the same thing. All I want is my money back and I will go somewhere else for anything else. I also asked if the doctors had all of my information when I made the deposit in November why wait until a week before my surgery to cancel.
