I was driving in to Johor & had entered the lane/ counter managed by Thomas at approximately 1600 hrs. I did not notice that the lane/counter was closed. Thomas had send some hand gesture. As I am unsure what the gesture is and that there were two other cars ahead, I continued to queue behind the two cars. When I finally drove to the counter, Thomas had harshly informed me that he had gestured me to move the other lanes & I have not done so. He continued to speak harshly, informing me to reversed before stomping off from the counter. My car & another had to reverse out. Without the aid of two other uniformed officers (there were in army uniform) it is difficult to reverse without assistance. To top it off, Thomas had placed a cone right behind my car. Had I not move the car I would have not seen the cone & would have reversed right in the cone.

As a uniformed officer myself, his behaviour & actions are unbecoming & acceptable. Even if I did make a mistake for not understanding his hand gestures to move to other lanes, he could have simple place a cone or a signage that indicates that the lane is close.

Officers like him put a bad name for the immigration. Had the other uniformed officers (in army uniform) step forward to assist, I would still be stuck in the lane without being able to reverses. Kudos to the officers for facilitating.

Desired outcome: Please update on the outcome as to why Thomas had reacted as such. Even if it is end of shift or whatsoever, he could have managed the situation better.
