The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
He also ran a company called Taylor Goodman back in the mid 1990's and did exactly the same thing. We were scammed out of a lot of money which we thought was repaying our debts. Man is absolute scumbag
I agree. John Taylor Groom is a thief. He has been arrested on 07/03/2013 for stealing my money and others who were with Debt Help Direct. The police have also raided his house.
