Toyota sold me a car that uses Hydro fuel when I was not even aware of this fuel or how to obtain it. I understood it was an alternative fuel car but like the prius it takes gasoline as well as a back up. This is not the case.
Now the dealership have oversold these car and with 3 pumps in all of Sacramento and usually only one working you can imagine the problems. They gave me a "FUEL CARD" and said it had $3K or 3 years which ever came first. Once I figured out what I was getting into I still agreed thinking I was doing the next best thing. However, NOW after 1.5 years and 2 jobs later I can't get fuel for the next 3 days. I am about to lose job #3. I was stuck waiting for 4 hours and missed work. My employer did not believe me and let me go. I cannot express to you how many problems this car has caused me and my family. Please help me to simply give them the car back, I don't want any money and I don't think I should pay for something I cannot use. How can they sell you something you cannot use and then tell you, SO SORRY, good luck.
Since I bought this car Sullivan has changed hands but this weekend I was treated like this was just such a sad choice I made and they just couldn't do anything to help me. Instead they had a salesman call me that has 3 months experience selling cars and didn't know anything but my name and number and I wanted to get into a different car. Such terrible service, I cannot tell you how amazed I am how this has all taken place.
Please publish this so other know NOT TO BUY FROM TOYTOA AND DO NOT BUY A HYDRO FUEL CELL CAR!

Desired outcome: I don't feel I should pay for something I cannot use. There is no fuel available and they know it.
