JNT Express Bukit Permai 311 review: Parcel on hold... 1

My parcel at jnt bukit permai was hold... Whenever I check the tracking... It was at jnt bukit permai... My parcel should delivered to me at 17/8 but now already 19/8... Why the service of jnt now is bad.. I call the number phone provided at that gate... But it goes to voicemail.. Btw the workers not following sop.. They not wearing mask.. And their not keep the distance from each other..
