Jeff Lawson is a real estate broker mostly working in South Orange County CA. He started showing us homes as first time buyers we asked to keep the price point not higher than 300k. Jeff seemed eager at first and showed us a total of 3 homes. 2 were in excess of 400k. When he showed us the last house, he asked what we wanted to do. When we indicated that we wanted to see more homes, and that the prices were a bit high for the location, he became beligerent. He told us that he did not believe we were bone fide buyers, and that he would not show any more homes until we showed him our bank accounts or signed a contract of exclusive representation with him. We asked around, and learned that these types of agreements are unusual. We were surprised at how impatient and rude Jeff Lawson was. He had a nasty temper and took it out on his clients. We filed a complaint with the CA real estate board, changed agents, and ended up purchasing a home in Yorba Linda, CA. Based on our horrible experience, we would not recommend Jeff Lawson.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
By far one of the rudest, unknowledgeable and least friendly people- let alone agents, that I have come across in the last 10 years.
Jeff Lawson from Keller Williams - not a great experience. Slopy and abbrasive personality... His team seems on top of things, but he does not have a good sense of reality, and acts like a big shot. I dont understand how he sells homes or gets listings. Jeff has less than zero personality. He paid for some ads and seems to have a few listings in South County. Stay away from this guy, if you value your time and nerves. Just a little chubby jerk.
We did not have a good experience with Jeff Lawson at Keller Williams. He is more of a listing agent than a selling agent. Seems to have a short temper and an uneven personality. Probably has drug or medical issues.
jeff lawson from keller williams real estate agent
Jeff Lawson lacks professionalism. We interviewed him as a selling agent. He was late, exuded arrogance, and became defensive when we asked probing questions. In this market to behave in such a fashion shows a fundamental lack of character. Not to mention the fact that his background showed serious integrity and honesty concerns. We do not recommend Jeff lawson of Keller Williams.
