JDA Movers review: A response and compensation

On December 22, 2023 I paid Mike of JDA movers to move my household contents from Extra Space Storage to my home in Norcross. The movers were very rough with my belongings. I complained to Mike the owner but they continued. After Christmas I started opening my boxes and containers and found many broken items including the rugged containers themselves. This indicated that this was done maliciously because the containers were new and the most rugged sold by Home Depot.

I reached out to Mike complaining of the breakage and destruction on Jan 1st, Jan 3rd, Jan 16 by text. Mike said that he would call but he did not. He has subsequently ignored all other texts and phone calls. The damage is $1015.00 and I'd like resolution.
