The company bakkie were taken in for repair at Tata Welkom, and under warranty, 2 months ago, but there was no contact to inform us regarding the repair on the vehicle. After we phoned Tata, they told u that the problem was not solved, could not tell what the exact reason is for ignoring us. There are very poor customer service. After I phoned and complained about the delay, and ask for some other kind of vehicle as for I am running a business, they told us they can't give us a company vehicle or replacement during the time of repair and still looking for the problem. Although it's already 2 months with no service. I feel there is no excuse for there bad customer service.
