Dear Team,

I bought your own bike CB200X bearing reg. no KL67C8608 last 5 months ago. The vehicle clocked only 4029KM till now and all the services were done under Jay Jay Honda Kalathippady, the vehicle under the free service period top. It's my 4th time am experiencing a bad feedback from your vehicle and also from your service center Jay Jay Honda, Kalathippady. With in the first week of delivery the bike undergoes a problem of engine not getting started sometimes. I reported this complaint and the vehicle submitted to your above mentioned service center. They checked and said that the complaint was resolved. But after few kilometer of vehicle usage the vehicle get brakedown again with the same problem, this time the vehicle is held in your showroom for one week for the repair works.

After I received the bike from your service center then the new issue arrives, the headlight getting turn off while riding on night, and this time I parked the vehicle on the road side and take a cab to reach my home. I reported this complaint on the Jay jay Honda, Appanchira service center (because the complaint was found near to this showroom) and they checked and said that there is no complaint, however after that incident I lost my confidence to ride the motorcycle on nights. And now on yesterday the bike get brakedown again with the same complaint (not getting started). I fed up with your motorcycle cycle and treat from your service center. In my point of view the jay jay Honda didn't consider my complaint properly and the complaint repeated continuously after the service. What can I do? If you can't rectify the complaint please give a write up regarding same and I will go through legally. As a customer this is a pathetic situation and a poor experience from your service center. This time I am not going to give my motorcycle again to your showroom with out getting a proper update from your end.

Note: I didn't receive any invoice from your service center after the repair.
