JAVHD / JavHD.com / Vector Innovations LTD review: $1 trial, then $59.99 with no upgrade confirmation

I am a consumer in Shenzhen, China.

I only wanted a USD 1 trial of JAVHD (javhd.com). On 22 August 2026 my card was charged by VECTOR INNOVATIONS LTD (Companies House [protected], 11 Blackheath Village, London SE3 9LA) about HKD 479.83 (USD 59.99 monthly) plus an extra charge of about USD 1. The billing names used are JAVHD / jvbill.com / billerd.com.

I never confirmed an upgrade to a monthly plan. The checkout makes it easy to proceed and they charged USD 59.99 the same day, plus the extra USD 1 I did not agree to.

I cancelled on the website the next day, 23 August 2026. Support later refused every refund. They said an upgrade was clicked tens of seconds after the trial and that the site was used afterwards. Any use was during the trial I authorised. I did not use a monthly plan I had confirmed.

The subscription is cancelled. There should be no future charges. The USD 59.99 and the extra USD 1 were not refunded.
