In May or June 2017 at Kilbourn Commons located at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jasmine A.Curry who lived in Apt 210 started the whole incident with Derrick Thomas(Apt 208) by calling him names and cursing at him.She, Sherard A. Sebring and 13 of her family members jumped and attacked Derrick Thomas and pulled his dread-locked hair out of his head! The whole attack happened on the 2nd floor in front of his apartment(Apt 208).Jasmine called the police on Derrick and had him arrested and thrown in jail on that same day! Derrick spent the night in jail and was released from jail the next day.He was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.He told Rosie to check out video on the second floor.A young black guy cut the video camera wire from the second floor. Apartment manager Rosie GaLarza would not evict Jasmine Curry, but Rosie GaLarza evicted Derrick and gave him a 28 day notice to move out! He moved out, In court Derrick had pre-trials, trials and jury trials until those charges and cases got dismissed and thrown out, because nobody did not show up for court on that day. Sherard A. Sebring is a troublemaker too, Because he got two felonies on his record for possession of a dangerous weapon and Possesion of a firearm by a felon and Now a felony charge for Substancial Battery-Intend Bodily Harm in 2019! Sherard was a fugitive on the run from the Milwaukee Police and the authorities.The police came inside Kilbourn Commons looking for him, but he split and bailed out would not turn himself in! Rosie GaLarza and Team Management went to convicted criminals, convicted felons and bail jumpers! Rosie GaLarza and Team Management are bad for business!Do not rent to Rosie GaLarza and Team Management, because they will screw you and screw you over! Stay away from Rosie GaLarza and Team Management! Go to a different property management to rent an apartment!
