Jani-King International review: Franchise owner/ employee

I purchased the franchise on 8/2024, first account 10/2024. In March 2025, I noticed the misrepresentation of this supposed Franchise is not what they claim; among all the complaints I have read, they seem to be the same as mine in Greensboro, NC. I was offered accounts and then was told we were not wanted to complete a signed contract, no 30-day procurement, nothing, a call, and then a charge from the regional office. Then the sales rep had my worker sign two franchise finder fees, and I was billed for them with no refund. The accounts were to be new accounts, but most of my monthly accounts were used refurbished accounts. I then went to express my concerns on franchise day because the other owners could hear me, and I was asked to lower my voice. I refused, and the Regional Manager called the police. After you took my $32750, you want to treat people like crap, never threaten anyone, just spoke honestly, and they call the police, and I am owed approximately $6200 still in business. Stay away if I could tell anyone in the world I would. A woman in Australia described her dilemma of her situation, and it was exactly the same thing they did to me. STAY AWAY. DO NOT INVEST! THESE COMPLAINTS ARE ACCURATE ACROSS THE GLOBE!
