JamPat Enterprises, Inc. review: AT&T Internet speed

I live in the Otter Creek subdivision of Little Rock and your internet speed in this area is deplorable. Why are we paying the same rate as other people in other parts of Litter Rock and other major cities when we are getting far less quality? I have relatives in other parts of the city and they are having nearly the problems I am having. When they visit me they often are forced to leave if there is a sports program or other television program they want to view. It's frustrating, not to mention embarrassing when that happens!
