Jack Grace USA review: Product or refund.

I received the wrong item in January. They were supposed to be there by Christmas. So the sent me a return label. I sent them back January 7th. I also bought another item at that time. I have been sending email after email and no response. They owe me 2 items or a refund. Looking on Facebook I see I’m not the only one who is having issues with them.
