J and K Plumbing Company review: He and his company apologize to me in writing.

One of my water heaters started leaking on 8/21/2022. I called to home warranty company AHS and I was assigned to J & K Plumbing company on 8/22/2022. I called and made appointment with J & K Plumbing for 8/25/2022. On 8/25/2022, technician named as Dustin came into my home to evaluate the water heaters. Dustin came into my house with a very angry looking face. When I have questions to ask him, he was extremely rude, and mean, or just kept silence with very angry red face. He went to attic and took a look at the water heaters and asked me to turn on the water which was closed. The water heaters were drained due to leaking. He refilled up the water heater tanks again to check the leaking. After he checked it and he refused to drain the water heaters and left. The water heater started leaking again in the attic. I called back to the office to report the problems. Dustin refused to do anything to help me and he told the front desk lady Kathy that it was Not his problems because he said he did nothing. Fortunately, Kathy sent another plumber, Jake, to help me. Dustin was extremely unprofessional and he is a serious racist! He came to my home to discriminate me, to yielded at me, to hurt me.
