This is the FOURTH agreement I have signed.
Check the photos PROPERLY John, you may notice that our post tray has been REMOVED from the post cupboard altogether. I had to retrieve our post from a box behind reception. I’d like to know why this was done, and how you are going to deal with it.
This is the worst I have ever known a centre to be “run”.

Apologies, I have had to reattach the agreement again as there was an error with regards to the deposit that requires updating, please can you sign and return at your earliest convenience. Once the agreement is loaded, the October office fee at Leatherhead will be credited.
Regarding the post, first of all please let me apologise for any confusion. I will need to check in with the centre team as to what has happened here as we have had some cover staff at the centre. What does strike me as strange is that if it was marked RTS it would have been put in the post bag to be returned, rather than filed in your post tray. As mentioned, I will check with the team today and update you by COB.
