Ivan Fatzek review: bairan waste oil burner

I've been having problems with Order No. [protected] (Bairan Waste Oil Burner) carried out through Alibaba Express for one and half years now, because of some damaged parts due to bad transportation and lack of parts list, instruction manual, certificates and warranty.
I've been having problems with communication with their contact person named Tina Ge writing numerous mails with even some replies, but with no positive feedback so far. In other words I never got to resolve a single issue and never got extension of warranty period.
I've been leading a correspondence since having received the item and I am very angry and disappointed with their after sales department.
Please check with Bairan why their obligation have never been met so far and inform them about my deep dissatisfaction with their behaviour.
