This website ain't all that great, to be honest. I've played a bunch of ladder games and won, but for some reason, I didn't move up the ladder. I reached out to customer service to ask what was up, and they told me that there were simultaneous wins, and that's why I didn't move up. But like, there are SO many simultaneous wins, you know? It doesn't seem right.

Anyway, fast forward to now (January 2021), and I've won a bunch more games on different ladders, but still haven't moved up. I messaged customer service again, but it's been weeks and I haven't heard back. Not cool, man.

Honestly, I wouldn't bother becoming a member on this site. It's a total ripoff. Save your money for something else.
