Italian Embassy review: Visa

I have encountered some challenges while applying for a student visa at the Italian embassy in Mexico City. It has been a journey of over four months, and I have found it difficult to navigate the system. I have sought assistance from the staff, but I believe there might be room for improvement in terms of communication and support.I hope that in the future, there can be enhancements made to ensure a smoother and more efficient application process.
