I believe that ISACA should really consider to employ an alternative or alternatives to PSI Exam Online. The process and system are very slow, difficult and frustrating.
Seldom do I find the kind of customer support organization with very poor customer focus consideration. I think the proctor and customer service should be trained with better customer focus and at least try to make the customer journey/experience better by being helpful, especially during the pandemic situation. If it is possible, I would like to avoid taking this online exam. It has been a nightmare and I hope this should not happen to me again.
I have heard many of my friends complaining on the online exam process, which is very slow and extremely poorly handled. I strongly believe and know that many of my friends avoid taking online exams with PSI. If possible, when there is no onsite exam available, many people will avoid taking the exam or go to another/similar certification provider with better exam provider. Many people do not complain, just avoid, because it wastes time!.
This is my sincere complain and hopefully will be heard by ISACA for strong improvement consideration. It is really a nightmare and I hope never happen again to me and others. I have taking many exams with other providers, but they are helpful and more customer focus. I have wasted too much time.

Desired outcome: Better improvement & alternatives. Provide more thoughtful workflow/process design, more helpful staffs, understand customer feeling, journey/UX. Better system validation process.I prefer to be anonymous.
