If you are a company trying to raise capital, I would avoid using I.R.A. Network, LLC. Their internet addy is businessplan*******.com. They charge 25-30k in upfront fees and guarantee no results. I went through their process. They go through the typical sales pitches that brokers do, talking up your company, then having you sign a contract that gurantees you no results. They advertise possessing a huge network of thousands of investors that they will send your business plan and PPM for possible investment. Well, supposedly, thet sent my company's info to nearly a thousand potential investors with no response, AT ALL. I can understand that maybe noone wanted to invest, but come on, not one even was interested in knowing more about my company. They fed me a bunch of B.S. In my own effeorts for seeking *******, by simply emailing individual investors, I had personally found on the internet, I got a bunch of investors, at least, inquiring more information about my company. So, the fact that I.R.A. advertises their huge network of investors, might be a scam. It is also unique that through the process, they tell you not to contact anyone on their list. Their selling practices are manipulative, and the BBB report on them states numerous complaints. Lastly, I have found that any company that says they can help you, really might help you if they charge you after you see results. NEVER PAY UPFRONT FEES! If a company or person like I.R.A. Network, LLC were dependable, they would provide results before charging fees.

IRA has already shown their expertise to me. The fee is worth the business plan alone. I plan on submitting and pitching the concept myself. But I SUCK at writing a business plan. I needed help. They have been great so far.

I have used the IRA Network, yes they charged an up front fee of $750.00. They did an outstanding job of re-writing my business plan, the business summery, and a few other forms. It would have cost me more to have them done elsewhere. No I don't have any investors yet, as this was just recent. But to the few places I have sent my business plan to for review, have all come back with some questions, are very interested and have commented on the detail of our business plan and the way it is presented.

I thank them for the work they did and are continuing to do on our behalf.

STAY AWAY from IRA Network LLC. ive yet to hear from them after 6 months of phone calls. I get that no one can guarantee anything when it comes to brokers but ive called many of the people on the list I got from them saying its companies they forwarded my plan to and none of them have yet to recieve my plan. the companies asked why I never submitted the plans my self. I also got scammed by magellan and Quidcorp. Ive yet to hear back. my email is battlechaser1212@yahoo.com.

Then sue them. Some budding entrepreneurs have zero idea of what they are doing. The complaints using the word scam flippantly can get you rightfully sued. Do your homework, read all contracts. Or have your lawyer read them.

this guy is absolutely ridiculous. get a better idea and stop being a little girl posting the same complaint on 4 sites. if anyone has any real questions about this company i would recommend checking the BBB in NY to get a real scoop. you will find that this company has received 5 complaints in the last 36 months, all that have been resolved to the satisfaction of the BBB. Also when analyzing the fact that they did get 5 complaints, also realize that for the size of this company that is actually very acceptable, especially when they have a 100% resolve status. point is stop crying and keep trying, unless of course your idea just isn't feasible.

Because of this comeback comment, I will not consider you...if you have any idea how frustrating it is finding investors and then having to pay THOUSANDS to a "company" claiming they have access to thousands of investors with still no results, you would be sympathetic. It was YOUR job to make sure the founder gets your HONEST opinion of the worthiness of his business start-up. Do not take on cases knowing the potential is not good. Further, be a real company that doesn't PENNY PEDDLE OK? Penny peddling companies normally are NOT successful hence the penny peddling. TAKE EQUITY as payment OR a commission of the investor/s that funded. Shame on you for taking monies from someone attempting to GET monies themselves to launch their dream. In the alternative, GET OUT OF TOWN. Got it now "little girl" You just got me pissed off OK?
