We booked an executive room at "Ira by Orchid " hotel Mumbai from 10dec2024 to 12dec2024 by paying full quoted amount (27140/-) at reception for our guests. On arrival of our guest an ordinary room was allotted to them. When we noticed this, it was brought to the knowledge of booking personnel, who promised to provide executive room when we return. Upon return the person who booked was not available & counter person refused to provide booked executive room. As it was late, we had no option to stay in room provided. It is to be noted here that while booking we were told that all other types of room are booked & only executive rooms are available.
