The Ipswich Buddhist Centre kept maliciously interfering in an ex-mitras private affairs as revenge for a historical Tribunal case regarding Windhorse Trading and several OM’s, which alleged sexual discrimination. That mitra later took up brahmachariya and they tried to assist others to try and coerce him to have sex, to then get evidence to prosecute for rape.
Word has it they were funding malicious civil rape proceedings which failed and the solicitors were condemned by the ICO. They were then violating his privacy, lying about him in private communications, violating the privacy of a police family in England and then assisting others to stalk him in a witness intimidation dispute. The authorities had to get involved and the centre was denied injunctions.
Anyone that speaks out against Bhante’s history, the FWBO files, sexual coercion issues or calls out any OM for malicious behaviour, is then made a target for malicious denigration.
Then for years they will purposefully and maliciously make trouble for them, then deny it, lie, and play the victim.
Testify about Triratna sex abuse to the authorities, or defend yourself against any kind of cultish behaviour, then the level of maliciousness ramps up.
Munisha, Saddharaja, Buddhasiha, Jnanamitra and also another trustee at Ipswich for some years waged a campaign of maliciously interfering in an ex-mitra’s legal business and then violating a police family privacy in England. It involved fabricating untruths in legal proceedings, breaking a non disclosure agreement in 2015 on the closure of Windhorse Trading, making false statements in legal proceedings to try and procure a malicious conviction, aiding and abetting witness tampering in another dispute, and then trying to coerce an ex-mitra to finish brahmachariya so another party could then say it was rape.
The evidence showed when warned not to get involved, they chose to, and then tried to get an ex-mitra arrested on various fudged up criminal charges, and tried to assist another to prosecute for civil rape, on malicious motive, and failed. The solicitors failed to get an injunction for Ipswich Buddhist Centre and the police had to intervene to stop them violating the privacy of a police family in England.
An ex-mitra obtained a Google Privacy Order against Ipswich Buddhist Centre blocking them from identifying him and his family on the internet. The defence raised in a police investigation was the centre was trying to deliberately interfere in an ex-mitra’s brahmachariya religious freedom rights, to assist another third party to prosecute for rape, in revenge for a very old workplace dispute that involved sexual discrimination at Windhorse Trading on the part of an OM named Saddharaja.
It is a long story but the truth will be made known in due course.

The short summary story is the Ipswich Buddhist Centre have spent years maliciously messing with my affairs and private life, escalating to trying to coerce me to drop brahmachariya and being involved in aiding and abetting vicious harassment, stalking and making threats of violence, in an attempt to coerce me to set aside my Article 8 and 9 rights. and enter into a non-consensual sexual relationship.
Article 9 at base is free will and thats what Triratna have a real problem with – free will of the individual.
Triratna also falsely believe he I am obligated to finish brahmachariya and refuse to accept otherwise. In that area they claim a dominion right over my sexual free will which they do not have.
The problem they have is they believe they have the right to meddle in my sexual free will and go to any lengths to achieve that end. Its not working.
The root umbrage they have is I withdrew my Ordination request in 2008 citing manipulation of free will and interference in Article 8 which is private life and relationships.
Since then I have not been Buddhist and has chosen a unique path which falls under the ambit of Article 8 and 9, monastic privacy and brahmachariya rights. Once I rejected Triratna doctrine they turned malicious, as they could not accept I did not want to be ordained and be subservient to their way.
What then ensued is many years of interfering in my life and work with dubious motives that revolve around manipulation of free will and unlawful interference in Articles 8 and 9.
Ipswich have persistently had a hidden hand in trying to ruin my life, interfere in my relationships, my legal business and my free will, and falsely believe I am obligated to finish brahmachariya.
They failed to coerce the sexual consent and failed to coerce me to finish brahmachariya. They were legally obligated to cease and desist coercing sexual consent by proxy, against my free will, citing Section 4 of the 2003 Sexual Offences Act. and had to be warned off by the authorities for attempting to unlawfully coerce sexual consent. In legal defence, the absence of sexual consent was communicated on over 50 occasions, prior to Munisha’s published resignation.
On January 20th 2022 Munisha was advised very clearly on the matter the sexual consent wasn’t there. There is also evidence of that, so I can back up the statement if need be.
Munisha is stepping down in June 2023. Her resignation as Triratna’s safeguarding officer was announced in January 2023.
Ipswich Buddhist Centre was involved with those threatening me with violence, defaming me as a mentally ill pedophile as well as aiding and abetting nasty witness intimidation and violating the privacy of my police family in England, then their lawyers lied about it.
The Ipswich Buddhist Centre and their lawyers were DENIED injunctions.
A Google Privacy Order was obtained against the Ipswich Buddhist Centre in connection to their involvement in a witness intimidation dispute (seeking witnesses and their families). It bars them from violating the privacy of a police family in the United Kingdom and publishing identifying content about members of that family, violating the GDPR and identifying those who testified in various police investigations and judicial inquiries. Its a gag order and they are obligated to keep their mouths shut.
Carumani and Jnanamitra of the Ipswich Buddhist Centre did indeed violate the privacy of my police family in England and agreed wirh vicious harassment and stalking of me, including making threats of violence and posting I was a homosexual peadophile (which describes Bhante and not me).
They gave to a criminal organisation involved in importing, selling and supplying huge quantities of illegal drugs (Class A and Class B drugs), private details about my police family in England, and then tried to get me arrested on fabricated evidence to cover it up. The police threw it out.
Then, their solicitors Bates Wells fabricated evidence of harassment in GDPR proceedings, defied the ICO, were involved in passing data on they should not have done, and for reasons only they can know, Carumani and Jnanamitra tried to then attempt to coerce me into a sexual relationship with a woman they didn't even know personally nor was even of of their members, with the sole intention for then to say it was rape. Their solicitors advised them it was not legal. They thought it was, but they were wrong.
The method of the failed coercion and failed malicious prosecution was inciting others to fabricating evidence, lying about me, lying in legal proceedings, inciting people to make false and malicious allegations of rape, and then violating the privacy of my police family, then pretending they aren't doing it when they were.
The centre was also involved in the crime of seeking witnesses and their families in defiance of the police as well as harassment and stalking. The police in England made them stop it, and they had to stop it.
They did not want to stop it, but they had to stop it.
For the legal record - I also have a totally clean criminal record and have not been charged with or convicted of any offense, there is also the documentation on hand to prove it if need be.
The Ipswich Buddhist Centre is deeply sorry for what happened and the hurt caused. We have formally apologized to the person involved and reached out to reconcile the differences.
We do not condone the behaviours complained and it no longer happens at Ipswich. We respect sexual freedom of choice and we allow all individuals to find their own way in their relationships.
We accept in the past we got it wrong, interfered with people's personal lives and we accept full responsibility for our shortcomings. We cannot undo what happened but we will learn from it so that it does not happen in the future.
As a legal comment, this is also a phoney apology. I never received such an apology and any comments on the internet endorsing the centre passing themselves off as me are false. I have NOT endorsed this centre.
These Buddhists were denied a bunch of injunctions. They believe that they gave the right to meddle in other peoples private lifes and relationships, with very dubious motives. At bottom, its manipulating free will and attempting to coerce sexual consent, then deny it when called out on it.

At the base of the problem is a long standing agenda to manipulate the sexual consent of an ex-mitra that refused to convert to homosexual. Then later, try and coerce an ex-mitra to finish brahmachariya to say its rape. Then they got revengey because none of their sick little manipulation games worked.

Jnanamitra Emmett on circumstantial evidence was also involved in several offences under the Sexual Offences Act including attempting to coerce someone to have sexual intercourse under duress.
She and a preceptor Saddharaja were, were as in past tense, involved in a nasty conspiracy of looking for an ex-mitra to use the threat of serious violence, including baseball bats and smashed legs, to coerce him to commit a sexual assault.
It involved forging court documents, search orders, evidence and then harassing a police family, between the lines, tell us where your son is or we (censor) his legs up.
She is what is known as a transsexual female revenge based sexual obsession stalker and revolves around sexual violence against men in order to force them to provide sex for women. The woman was a man and behaves as a man would, in this case sexual predator stalking.
The pair of them were involved in a campaign of coercion, conspiracy to force someone to commit sexual assault, harassment, stalking, simply to get penis in vagina evidence for rape.

Keturaja of Cambridge Buddhist Centre had to close down his business New View Residential. We believe it was related to an attempt to cover up a data breach that involved violating the privacy of a police family in England.
The lawyers for Windhorse Trading were denied an injunction, and were ordered to be ICO data complaint. Keturaja who was one of the directors of Windhorse Trading then closed down New View Residential.

Adrian Freedman and his Santo Daime Church kept harassing witnesses in court cases using people who were arrested with big sacks of weed, their families and people at various ayahuasca retreat centres in Portugal.
The trouble started when friends of Adrian Freedman at Earth Connection Portugal got caught with big sacks of weed. Some of that weed was destined for use in ayahuasca retreats at Gravito. People kept denying it was cannabis and then smearing a spiritual teacher as mentally ill, deranged and posting he would be murdered and defamed as a sick peadophile.
Gravito Retreat Centre were part of the malicious campaign of disgusting harassment that also involved Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860, as well as other ayahuasca retreats in Portugal. All 4 places in 2017 were heavily damaged in several foretold fires.

A controversy ensued in which various parties took to the internet in campaigns to discredit others and undermine the sanctity of the ayahuasca movement in Portugal. The legal facts of this case is the leaders of the now CLOSED Earth Connection Portugal were arrested with 14 kilograms of cannabis in November 2016 as confirmed by the Ayahuasca Defence Fund.
After which, with backing from the Ayahuasca Defence Fund the leaders of Earth Connection Portugal, Sanctuary 1860 and their friends including Caminho da Luz and Gravito waged a campaign of harassment, posting threats of violence and posting malicious defamation. They were obligated to cease posting threats and harassment which they eventually did in February 2022. In Google proceedings injunctions and suppression orders were obtained against the leaders of Earth Connection Portugal as well as Adrian Freedman.
As a result the internet was totally cleared of malicious defamation and disgusting harassment posted by Earth Connection Portugal leaders and anors.
The Santo Daime Church were intimidating witnesses and Adrian Freedman had over 1,000 warnings about the behaviour. His response was slagging people off as mentally ill, funding stalking. inciting harassment., ordering peadophile kokes and harassment of police family members in England.
The dumb idiot lost at Google and was cautioned by UK police for inciting harassment, intimidating witnesses, seeking witnesses and families, and the dumb idiot had to stop it.

To be clear, Sangharak[censored]a himself apologised for some of his sexual activity, and we don’t present the following background information to condone any unskilfulness, nor would we generally condone the breaking of a law. In terms of the question asked here about legality we think the context is relevant, and understanding that the age of consent for sex between men was 21, not 16 as it is now, makes a significant difference, at least in understanding the legal aspects.
They felt it was therefore a law they could not respect. It was a law which was broken by many men, including Sangharak[censored]a.
Harshaprabha once confessed to how Bhante operated in the early days. In a mitras gathering Bhante would be upstairs in the bedroom when it was time to get down to business.
Then one at a time mitras would go up for their turn. It comes across as not a one to one deep spiritual friendship with sex, but plain and rampant casual sex. What is not clear is what safeties there were in place as Bhante was promiscious gay, like were condoms used, and what hygiene was there, etc.
His targets were young mitra males in the ordination process. It raises the concept of gray rape and to what extent the men consented, or whether they were coerced.
It seems the early Order was born from the conditioning that to be ordained, you had to accept Bhante sexually. Then its just coercing sex using the lure of ordination and its gray rape. If the young men were under the age of consent which at the time was 21 for gay men, then its rape.
It reads as Triratna brushing off the underage issue and excusing the rape, by saying they could not respect the age of consent.
If you are going to finger point and accuse others of peodophilia and rape, make sure your own house is in order. Otherwise it makes you look very stupid.

They received two letters of pre-ico enforcement proceedings protocol and were ordered to comply with the GDPR. The next step is an ICO enforcement with a fine of 4% of turnover, followed by High Court enforcement to oblige them to disclose the data breaches.
Never ever threaten a data subject with a police complaint to coerce them to drop the data request, in honest opinion Bates Wells & Braithwaite Solicitors are dumb, stupid and ignorant of the law.
The Ipswich Buddhist Centre were DENIED an injunction and a court order, the (censor) were slipping police family data to Freedman and anors, and in honest opinion, funded malicious civil rape and LOST.
The DUMB (censor) had a history of coercion of rape, incidences of forced sexual assaults and violating minors (including under 18’s) making them in law, they too thought RAPE COERCION was legal.
They tried by way of acting proxies, to coerce a rape, by way of violating a police family privacy in England, and funding malicious rape proceedings, and FAILED

What Dorset Police did NOT like is how a drug dealers wife obtained a big dossier of information about a police family and it came from the Buddhists.

What the authorities found very bizarre is trying to coerce someone into a sexual relationship, whilst alleging rape at the same time. In legal defence people do not stalk their alleged rapists and then claim they have the right to force them to finish brahmachariya.

The nexus of the threat toward an ex-mitra was, give the woman sex so there is DNA evidence for rape, or we will keep violating your privacy and that of a police family. Then we will say to our solicitors, if he demands his data, threaten him with the police. The solicitors wrote to the ICO and said, we will defy your order to be compliant and the dumb (censor) failed to get injunctions and search orders to cover up what happened. They were involved in stalking to coerce a rape.

The original workplace dispute mentioned was constructive dismissal based on heterosexual orientation, after 6 years, Windhorse Trading broke a non disclosure agreement, using the closure of the business as a legal impunity device to avoid consequence, to then instigate revenge for the bringing of the original constructive dismissal claim.
They, being the Order, basically then played victim, claimed the ex-mitra was mentally ill, mentally sick and a liar and maliciously defamed and scapegoated the complainant in various contexts, and the Order failed to cover it up. The matter of privacy is currently in ICO procedure.
In the case of Ipswich, the safeguarding officer failed in her duties, tried to get a whistleblower arrested and the Charities Commissioner examined a complaint alleging misuse of charity funds for improper purpose, that being, to shut up a whistleblower by funding civil rape and violating peoples privacy, with malice.
The charity was listed twice and evidence was found of moving money from one to the other in September 2022, the Charity Commission opened a complaint to examine why the Ipswich Buddhist Centre have two listed entities, and why the money was moved, when it was.

People were posting ex-mitras were peodophiles and mentally sick, then maliciously accussing critics of rape, which then drew attention to Bhantes involvement in rape.
Harshaprabha once confessed to how Bhante operated in the early days. In a mitras gathering Bhante would be upstairs in the bedroom when it was time to get down to business.
Then one at a time mitras would go up for their turn. It comes across as not a one to one deep spiritual friendship with sex, but plain and rampant casual sex. What is not clear is what safeties there were in place as Bhante was promiscious gay, like were condoms used, and what hygiene was there, etc.
His targets were young mitra males in the ordination process. It raises the concept of gray rape and to what extent the men consented, or whether they were coerced.
It seems the early Order was born from the conditioning that to be ordained, you had to accept Bhante sexually. Then its just coercing sex using the lure of ordination and its gray rape. If the young men were under the age of consent which at the time was 21 for gay men, then its rape.
It reads as Triratna brushing off the underage issue and excusing the rape, by saying they could not respect the age of consent.

The problem at the root of all of the Triratna abuse issues is bad integrity. It seems the entire ordination intake process is tainted by freewill manipulation, underhand coercion and an implied agreement to enter into homosexual relationships with the elders.
I think if they were at least transparent about what they are it would be different. For example, we are a primarily homosexual community that believes in sex within the spiritual disciple/teacher relationship. Then people can agree, or not, to the deal.
If you take out the ordination process sidelines marketed as committment to a Sangha and becoming more Triratna integrated, what one is left with is an arrangement that implies consent to homosexual sex in exchange for ordination.
That is what the arrangement for ordination is, for men. Its homosexual sex with the preceptor in exchange for ordination.
The problem is people pretend it is’nt, or people who ask for ordination become ‘selected’ for homosexual relations, but it is covert and underhanded. Thus it is unethical and the arrangement is masked behind a shop front of spiritual friendship or mitraship. The real intention for many OMs is to obtain sexual gratification from newly ordained people and then pretend its not like that.
The problems start when some individuals do not want that type of arrangement and leave the ordination process or they resign after ordination. There is a lot of manipulation and veiled sexual coercion in the order. and its a karma transference from Bhante himself.
Those who were ordained by him personally became like him and then others perpetuated the same dynamics. They tried changing the name from FWBO to Triratna to shake it off but the dynamics are still there. Their approach is to denigrate critics and carry on as they always have been. There is no fix
If you are going to assist others try and get critics done on fabricated rape charges, and your own spiritual leader was involved in rape and peodophilia, thats stupid.
In the legal definition of homosexual peodophile, on fair comment. Bhante was a homosexual peodophile and the Order admitted in their own words, Bhante raped underage men. Its an unpleasant truth, if you bring it up, expect to be defamed as a mentally ill peodophile and then ruthlessly persecuted.
Anyone that speaks out against Bhante’s history, the FWBO files, sexual coercion issues or calls out any OM for malicious behaviour, is then made a target for malicious denigration. Then for years they will purposefully and maliciously make trouble for them, then deny it, lie, and play the false victim card.
