I complained to Ipsos ISay dated Sept 10, 2025 regarding another time cheater survey I encountered since I joined over a month ago "TOOK ME OVER 2 X ++MORE TIME, 5:54-6:16 pm EST Sept 10/25, TO FINISH FOR THIS CHEATER "8 MINUTES" SURVEY FOR A SILLY 50 points!"
Ipsos ISay responded with another useless & meaningless email on Sept 11 & cheating surveys keep on coming:
"Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and providing the details of your experience with this survey.
We are sorry for the frustrating experience you had. Your feedback is essential as it helps us identify these issues and hold our partners accountable for providing accurate survey information.
We deeply value your participation in the Ipsos iSay community and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will be reviewing this study to prevent this issue from happening again.
Best Regards,
Anne from Ipsos iSay"
Then I got the following TOTALLY meaningless & pretentious reply from Ipsos ISay on Sept 22, 2025. I contacted Ipsos ISay with full complaint details via email already as posted above. HOW RIDICULOUS, "FORGETFUL" & SHAMEFUL OF Ipsos ISay for asking what "more details":

I fully completed this 21 min/125 points alcohol survey #1208531 at Ipsos ISay by 3:25 pm EST Sept 2/25 & the 125 points were not received at all. I emailed a complaint to Ipsos same day on Sept 2/25.
On Sept 3, I received a standard template like Ipsos email response as follows:
"Hi,
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately not all panel members can fit the profile (demographics, consumer behavior, etc.) our clients need for some surveys.
Sometimes, you may answer a few more questions than usual before being notified that you were disqualified. This happens when screening variables are placed at the beginning of the survey as well as throughout later stages.
Furthermore, for each survey, there are a set number of respondents who fall under different profiling categories called "quotas". If, for example, we need 150 people aged 25-30 to answer a certain survey, the 151st that enters the questionnaire will be screened out as the quota has already been reached for the required number of results.
To avoid technical issues that may prevent you from successfully completing our surveys, please constantly clear your internet browser of all cache and cookies.
We appreciate your interest and, as always, will have a new survey available for you shortly!
Best Regards,
Anne from Ipsos iSay"
I feel once again being cheated if not shortchanged by another cheater survey I have been engaging at Ipsos iSay since I joined over 7 weeks back.
It is totally inappropriate & unjustified that Ipsos iSay (& MANY OTHER SIMILAR ONLINE SURVEY BUSINESS WEBSITES) would allow these kinds of cheater surveys & their providers/partners to lie about length of survey completion time, screen people out only after over 3-10+ minutes for nothing or disqualify participants who have submitted a fully finished survey without getting promised reward points, however petty.
I have been a victim of all the above mentioned survey related issues & much more cheating/scam like encounters on a regular basis for attempting & engaging already low incentive online surveys at Ipsos iSay AND MULTIPLE OTHER ONLINE SURVEY SITES, BIG, MEDIUM OR SMALL, INTERNATIONAL OR LOCAL.
Not only do lots of my valuable time get lost as a result but also much lost petty online survey cash income for more or less 15 years!
