I heard about IPS TRADE jebel ali branch that they are treating employees like a slave as most of them asians.They are not paying them due benifits and breaking jebel ali rules and law.One of their employee left as manager took his money from company and kept in his pocket.No one is staying in this company becuase of bad reputation with client and vendors.If you want to try call staff and ask for manager you will see how many question they will ask like a police enquiry.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Some one approached me to join this forum being a ex- employee of this company.Let me give honest feed back .IPS is one of the best company in supplying material for oil and gas field .They are supplying best qulaity, best price and best delivery .I will strongly recommend to do business with them and not to listen IPS IRAN as they are cheating parental company.
No one external person has right to comments on employees/ex-employees as this is company's internal matter.
maybe same reason why people are not keeping married ! greener grass, better looking secretary, higher salary elsewhere

I am a Engineer working with MES in Japan and involved in Ilam project in Iran.
We purchased many electrical items and various other instrumentation equipment from IPS IRan.
We paid 50% upfront to IPS Iran, they never paid their Iranian suppliers and we never received our materials which we had to purchase again from other supplier.
Mr Parvin put the money in his own pocket, he never informed MES that IPS Trade was not aware of his "own" business in Iran, so we understood very good why IPS Holland dissmissed him from Duty.
Parvin is bad news, bad reputation, very bad person, we can give you names of the companies Parvin did not pay while we MES paid him, we lost EIED lost, Ilam lost, he made quick money.
IPS-trade.com is very reliable and helpfull company with whom we Japanese engineers like to work and cooperate since 15 years without any single problem.

We are working with IPS already for more than 10 years, we have know them as a very solid, reputable and professional company, I am working in the oilfield for more than 25 years, I am now the owner of a very large Iranian Contracting and Engineering firm and the above is purely laster and ### from a frustrated, egotripping Iranian disqualified Vetinary Doctor who pretended he knows the oil business, yeah, I looks a dark world like a cows ###.

Yeah, yeah, nice stories gents, looks like a set-up from the Mr Parvin indicated above to justify his stupid claims agains IPS in Holland I know they kicked him out because of Fraud with Employees and putting the company money into his own pockets and I know because I am also an Iranian working in this field.
Parvin is only interested in 1 thing, playing Mr Hotshot, BMW, young girl friend, divorced his wife and left her alone with a small child.
Yes I also believe in Santa Claus, That Saddam Hussain is still alive and playing poker with Elvis Presley.
I have seen Mr Parvin and his girlfriend in Dubai while he was still married and she was only 17, I know that in Iran it is against the law to have an affair while you where still married ? This is the country where they still hang you as a punishment ?
Still do not understand where Parvin of the IPS IRAN got the time from to do this things, upon cheating, visiting sexclubs, staying at the hookers at the Hyatt Regentcy in Dubai.

IPS-Trade Iran has been legally and officially established on 14/11/82 (February 2nd, 2004) at "Iranian Companies Registration Authority, Qeshm Island", under License No.: 1182.
It holds all necessary legal documents establishing the authenticity and legitimacy of its rights to fully function under the IPS-Trade name in the Iranian territory.
IPS-Trade Iran also possess the relevant permissions from IPS-Trade Holland.
The accusations mentioned in the IPS-trade.com website are not based on facts in which IPS-Trade Iran strongly rejects all of them.
IPS-Trade Holland and its sister company Terwisga B.V. still have valid and running contracts with IPS-Trade Iran and IPS-Trade Iran is official branch office of IPS-Trade Holland yet. The contracts are bilaterally signed and we have not accepted a termination. Therefore we assume the contracts as valid and are continuing our regular businesses.
We herewith reserve our rights for a legal suit against these false accusations.

i was surfing the internet to see if someone else is complaining about this ips-trade.com that i found this page. i'd like to add my complain to this page too. we purchased pipes fittings from ips-trade holland for our project back in 2005. after 6 month delay they delivered the materials that must had seen them. i think they had dug and found those pipes and fittings and then sold to us with european mill certificates. we complained to ips-trade.com but they did not even bother to reply. the project owner did not accept the materials and we had to re-purchase them from another supplier and we lost almost 80 grand. ips-trade never came back with an answer and that we believed this was their usual and everyday work. they buy chinesse or inidan homemade fittings pipes and so and bring them in their warehouses, punch fake heat no. and make a fake european mill certificate for that heat no. and then sell them to customers like us. they also have ways to deceive the inspectors.
we stopped buying from ips-trade and also told to our colleagues in other contractors not to. if you are one of ips-trade.com customers and disagree or think this may not be true just test one of the certificates you received from ips-trade.com by verifying with the manufacturer. the one you have had doubts about the quality of the products you were delivered and always known that something was wrong
