I cannot cancel my account with Iolo I have tried all their contact info and no luck. They drafted my bank account and renewed my order without my consent, does anyone know how can I cancel my account with these people. I need contact info for these people.
I too am very wary of Iolo, its products, services, and especially its remote technical support software by Zoho. I asked the technician "Samantha" to disconnect me and made the mistake of not asking her on the phone to show me that it was disconnected. Because after I hung up and came back to my computer 20 minutes later, the icon in the taskbar for Zoho remote software was still running. I didn't see any cursors moving and I can't prove my suspicions but I have always been very reluctant to host remote technical support software, and without proof that it has been disconnected over the phone will never host it again, and advise you to do as well. Iolo is also very aggressive about up-selling and adding software to an existing account. As they say TRUST but always VERIFY!
I tried to download AOL Machanics and it didnt quite go thru so I tried to get then to delete my information and they wouldnt -- I even said I'd call the police and they kept making excuses -- they are common criminals !
I cancelled my account a year ago with this junk and today they still took money un-lawfully from my account . THIEVES now are what they are
