Invt review: Inverter not working

INVT inverter delivered in April does not work. The supplier will not respond to emails. I have requested a replacement many times - this is an entitlement under e.u. law. WWW.INVT.COM. delivery date 9th April 2022.

Additional testing [ authorized by INVT'S engineer] failed to improve matters.

My client at (Invt) [protected]@invt.com.cn) sent this mail. MY CLIENT HAS PURCHASED 5KW single phase inverter of the invt brand with a limited. I have been told that INVT were out of stock and modified a non limiting inverter. That shipped inverter shows that QA documentation was not checked for the limiting functionality.

The inverter will not connect to the limiter and I have tried all the instructions from INVT without success. I got permission from Invt to open the inverter and it shows the hardware upgrade, so my assumption is that the software has not been changed. I have tried to get the dongle working but the solar man app is very restricted, won't allow hotspot from mobile access point.I have copied both Abby (Shenzen Jesudo) and Kevin (INVT) ON every piece of correspondence, but now fear a " blame game"

I request immediate replacement of the inverter under e.u. conformity regulations in which my client has 2 years from the date of delivery to formally raise a complaint. That regulation is. Listed on Abby's website and forms part of the sale agreement.The regulation also states the customer is not required to prove the defect, and is responsible for product freight and duties). I hope I can get a positive solution from you which has been sadly lacking to date.
