Interstate Towing Car lockout on June 2, 2016 at Appleby's in, Macedonia Ohio.

I watched an older couple that got locked out of their car that called Triple A.
They were sitting waiting for the towing company for over an hour, then when Interstate Towing came, the man was so incompetent that it took him more than 20 minutes to get the car unlocked. Had the couple sign the paperwork, then jumped in the truck and take off. The couple, both with canes, tried to get him to stop and help them. Why? Because for some reason their keys were in the back seat and they couldn't in their condition reach them. Someone else helped them. Shame on AAA and shame on Interstate Towing. I saw the same guy from Interstate Towing speed down Macedonia Parkway 10 minutes later on another call. My family helped this older couple, they were proud and on the most part refused help, why? because they thought they called a reliable company, AAA. Maybe AAA should hire another company or penalized Interstate Towing for their incompetence.
