Contacted support in August 2020 to cancel $50 a month membership and was told they took care of it. However, I am still being charged $50 a month in December 2020. Have tried numerous times to contact but their online support ticket system is broken, they do not reply to emails, and they have no phone number to contact, and has been this way for months now.
Desired outcome: Cancel my membership and refund me for the month of December since I've spent hours trying to cancel this month alone
