International Military Antiques review: Would not help me with broken item/ would not honor warranty

Buyer beware when buying from this company. In November 2022, I bought an antique weapon (a.577 Snider) rifle from this company and, after fully checking it with a gunsmith, it was determined to be worthy to be fired. I started to put a round in the breech but when I tried to open the breech to load a round, the breech button release broke off therefore you cannot open the breech to load a round. I contacted them and they were VERY RUDE! I tried to explain what had happened they blew me off. The customer service is practically non-existent and even talking to the owner of the company, or the guy on TV, he was very rude and treated me like I was beneath him. Would not listen to me when I tried to explain to him that it was his parts that failed and I just wanted an exchange which he refused and would not honor his warranty. If you want a 11lb paperweight, buy from him. If you don't do not waste your money and buy elsewhere.
