On 1/24/22 we signed a contract for $40,999 and paid in full, my contractor informed us we were overcharged. They sent out two workers that they subcontracted on 2/09/22 at 4:00 to demo the kitchen countertops. They did not bring drop cloths, granite flew everywhere (we just had hardwood floors installed the previous month) and ruined the floor in several places, put a dent in the dishwasher and left broken granite pieces when they were finished. When they installed the kitchen countertop it was incorrectly cut, and during the laundry room countertops installation, they broke a pipe and never informed us. We were told by the project coordinator we would be reimbursed. We paid to have the pipe repaired and new drywall, a new dishwasher and floorboards replaced. So now, the project coordinator, Kyle is not taking my calls. I would recommend anyone to never deal with International Granite and Stone. The job is still incomplete and they are not returning to fix the problem.
