International Academy Of Design And Technology review: Cannot get transcripts but loan still on the books

I graduated from IADT Chicago in 2011. I tried getting my transcripts but was told that Brown University took over. I then found out that they too are closed. My student loan isn't closed. I feel like I wasted four years of my life and have nothing but a useless diploma. I still get calls about my loan and it's on my credit report. Why? I cannot get transcripts from a school I attended for four years and there has to be hundreds, if not thousands of us going through this. There should be a class action lawsuit supported by the government. This is so unfair. Jobs want transcripts not sob stories.
