Internal Revenue Services review: Stimulus check 3rd round

The irs give you a number to check on your stimulus check you can not give the m your ss# or any other information to verify who you are. You can't get any information for help or nothing you be on hold for at least two hours for the line to become disconnected. All I want to know why my stimulus check is not mail or deposit. They have all my information including my banking info and you can't get any answer or help. I 'm am hoping that I might be able to get some type of answer.
