Most disheartening. Intelligent Mobility seems swallow up money and goods. I bought my Luggie used and it was wonderful, but I damaged it and sent it to what I believed was the main UK distributor, Intelligent Mobility in Bedford. What a mistake.
The director, Jamie Newton, promises its return again and again, but misses every delivery. He has had my Luggie since July. His 0800 number has ceased working, and he doesn't answer calls to his mobile. He is an amateur and a petty ********. Or since its value is over £1, 000, he's probably a grand *****.
Jamie, if you are reading this (and you probably are) please just give me back my Luggie.
