Intelcome review: Delivery man didn’t knock, he just walked in

I had a Amazon delivery by Intelcome,

He didn’t park in my driveway, but far onto the sidewalk.. he didn’t make himself heard or seen, no acknowledgement at all.. he didn’t even knock…

He opened the door and walked in…

I gasp out of fear, not knowing why my door just flew opened and I have two little dogs, I don’t have them around doors when I know someone is coming…

But this guy gave us no acknowledgement of him being there at all..

I gasp out of fear and my one puppies tried to give the amazing delivery man a warning ..a little scratch on his thumb..

The dog did his job.. the man had no rights at all to just swing open the door open without acknowledgement..

His thumb is fine, my cats do more damage to skin..

the man has a very light surface scratch on one side of his thumb… if my dog would of bitten him, the delivery man would of had puncture wounds on both sides of his thumb..

No blood …

This man doesn’t speak English at all.. it was very hard to make him understand what he did wrong..

Now I have the city health unit looking into my dogs matter … now I am being blame for this delivery man poor judgment with no English to communicate…

How did I and my dog become the one being at fault

When this man broke into my house without any circumstances ?

I want this man charged with breaking entry.

He delivered next door the following day,

I confronted him, and asked to see his thumb… no band aid, no nothing..

couldn’t even tell anything happened..,

Yet he still parks on the sidewalk, drives on the sidewalk on a 5 lane highway and is delivering/ working just fine.. while breaking so many rules

I can’t even find a number or contact to report him other then calling the cops, and the cops said they don’t have time for things like this … so I am here complaining about this, this shouldn’t of never happened!
