Intelcom Courier (Delivery Company) review: Courier company will no longer deliver to me maybe since approx. October 2021?

Last year maybe in october 2021 intelcom courier was to deliver a product to me. I live in a low income building where everything left outside the door could be stolen & as I was leaving my apt, another tenant was leaning over the box to pick it up! I then left a semi-negative message about their service just asking that they at least knock on my door to let me know a package was delivered. I got a call to my home from intelcom courier threating not to deliver to my address anymore. I thought it was just a threat or a warning but it came true!? After that day everything that has been sent to me from amazon & delivered by intelcom courier has been deemed undeliverable!? Gifts sent from my mom or a friend & delivered by intelcom courier are also undeliverable;-) I am a disabled person & I am in need of most of the products I order. Everything i've ordered for my yearly hospital surgeries have been sent back that were supposed to be delivered by this company undeliverable. Found a phone # for the intelcom courier business. I called twice they gave me the run around then told me that the only # I can call would be for deliveries only/that I couldn't talk to anyone about what I can do to change the service then abruptly hung up on me?! Even called the police for information/they told me that this company is allowed to do this to anyone & get away with it even though I believe that they have messed with my mail delivery service & money I payed for the item then sent back? Every time i've called an amazon rep. They just try to sooth me by telling me that they will block this company from delivering to me again which is never true & even 1 amazon rep. Told me that I was able to choose the delivery company I want, also not true... Supposedly my address has been deemed too dangerous to deliver too but I see others in this building getting deliveries every day!

The message I left for bbb this week was not sent I was told so i'm leaving this message again in the hopes it's now received. This issue gives me so much depression & anxiety & I don't know how much of it I can take... Please help! Even if this company cannot send to me could they please send me to another company.
