Insurance Company Gallagher Bassett review: Complaint

Hello and good day to you my name is Glenn Miller my 2009 Honda accord vehicle was deemed a total loss by this insurance company and I received an offer to retain ownership from them stating that it would cost 'x' amount of dollars deducted from the total settlement value to retain ownership of the totaled vehicle I signed the paper and returned it to them I am now in need of this paperwork although the insurance company is acting like I have no clue what I am talking about and say this paperwork does not exist or its retaliation because my son sued them because they injured him in the accident that totaled the vehicle. Me and the adjuster have emailed and spoken several times over the last few months and have had several conversations and she just sends me the release of liability which is not what I need I need the offer the insurance company sent me to keep ownership of the vehicle pretty common paperwork I would assume in the world of insurance. Overall, this company's practices are definitely questionable and very shady in my opinion and should be looked into. Even when I was just trying to get the settlement for the vehicle from them prior to this complaint it was very delayed and they did their best to avoid me and delay me as much as possible. Then when they issued my sons settlement for his injuries where he has lost use in most of his dominate right hand and arm because of there drivers negligence. They issued the final settlement for his injuries and then they canceled the check so he was delayed even further and said it was a mistake im sure thery will claim the same thing if this complaint ever reaches them. With my current luck id go with no. but have to try I guess.
