Theft and sharing of secret and proprietary client
information and violation of an agreed non-compete agreement is the subject of the lawsuit among other things.

If anyone makes another post about IW the AG office has promised me they would find out who it is and punish them for misusing their office if the complaint is false. So go ahead and do it again.

Kenny Durham was in charge of the 401 K plan where he was a glorified sales manager, the only problems with that plan existed while he was in charge of it. He is a despicable human being with no integrity who will soon be doing time himself for fraud and embezzlement against his previous company and I will do everything I can to help them. He will do anything to drag people through the mud. Kenny lied to me and got me to leave my previous company to work for him at INNOVATORS WAREHOUSE where it quickly became apparent that he was full of BS . He is a liar and a thief. Scott can provide all documentation to prove it and I wish I would have listened. Kenny has ruined my life and is trying to ruin others, even at the cost of innocent children. If you choose to do business with a person who lacks any character, don't be surprised what you get in the end. Any positive reviews he has are those of OLD clients when he first opened up. He has nothing current going on which is why he couldn't afford to pay me any longer.
Not true at all. Look at the case. It is a simple non compete dispute. Scott has lied once again. He is known for this type of stretching of the truth. His charactor is very poor. Examples of Scott Normans poor charactor go way back. He left his first wife for Stephanie, his current wife who was a drug addicted stripper he met, while his first two children were still babies. To this day he has never spoken to them even though they are teenagers who live in the same city as Scott Norman. He still frequently does drugs and was recently caught with a prostitute by his current wife. He also has many, many unpaid tax issues and in being investigated for stealing employee tax and 401k contibutions. It should be long until Scott is in prison. I would be carefull with him.
