December 2020 when snow plowing our city accidentally messed up our yard and landscaping by snow plowing. They agreed to pay for Innovative Landscaping to fix everything. Innovative has put us off this whole time. They strung us along saying we were next. They said we needed some other work done and that an excavator needed to come out and look. They strung us along on getting the excavator out. Innovative told us he would have an excavator out and everything fixed by the end of the 2021 season. We never heard from him. I waited until March 2022 to contact him. He said he had another person in front of me. He had already started putting me off. He said he needed "Julie" to mark my yard for the excavator. So, "Julie" came out and flagged our yard. I texted him to let him know they had come out and marked our yard and asked when the excavator would be coming out. He texted me back and said and I quote "Sorry to have bothered you. Good luck with your project." I was so confused. I texted him and tried calling him. He completely ghosted me. I called the city. He answered their call. He said we were hounding him, and he was not going to continue with us. "Hounding"? We have waited a year for him! That is the most patient customer I know. Not a hounding one. We are so upset. Now we have a second hole in our yard that he dug to look around that has filled up with water and snow for a year along with the other damage. He has been unprofessional and rude. Below are the pictures of how he has left our landscaping for over a year and now he doesn't want to come back and fix it.
