Inn Town Suites review: Incompetent hotel staff, internet hammering on my door.

This morning there with hammering on my door and no, no, no other door was hammered on for bug spraying. I was sleeping and was woken up. Your staff is lazy and incompetent. Expecially the man t the phone. Then I spoke with office about the internet. I had no internet for 4 days and the idiot at the desk did not give me correct directions and I had to call it. I am a business person, and work relies on me, yet still I had no internet with no for 4 days and I called 3 times to get it on and it still works intermittently. Thsi internet does not even work as good as a detention center. The this staff did not get my internet connected and I had his directions, which wrong, they are evil, lazy and stupid. Do not use this hotel, it'sone of the worst i've been in. I'm reporting these facts to the media the bbb and hotel association to drop their record of being a premium hotel, and fire this awful staff and refund everyone who's had to put up with it. O don't accept your indemnity clause and none of your terms, and require recompense and response now.
