The rep from the company Infinite Beauty met me and offered 3 creams only for $200. I paid them in cash and asked if it was possible to return them. The rep told that “yes”, but when I really wanted to return one cream, the rep refused to take it and told that they never refund. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
0 rating! I stopped in the mall in Roseville, CA to pick up a laptop I was having repaired. I'm from out of state and was flying out on an early flight the next morning and just wanted to get to my hotel so I could be up early. On my way through the mall, I was stopped by a young woman in a kiosk. She proceeded to sell me products for my eyes after I argued with her that I had allergies to everything! She insisted I try it because their products are all organic. So I caved and spent $160.00. She then prodded me to an upstairs store where there was a famous guy who did makeup for the stars. She wanted to introduce me to him as I was offered a free facial when I returned to the mall. I walked up with her and once I got into the store, I was approached by 2 other men who sat me down, and started doing a facial. The whole time they raved at how beautiful I was and how young I looked. They promised to be quick as I told them I was in a hurry. After about 45 minutes sitting with stuff on my face, a third guy came over and started selling me things. All three at once! So when all was finished I finally said that I would get the "facelift in a jar". He continued to throw a bunch of products into a bag and told me it would only cost me $6, 000.00! I laughed and said NO WAY! He asked me how many family members I had and I told him 5 brothers and 4 sisters. He then threw 6 pkgs of mens products and 4 of women's. Also he threw another "FREE" Facelift in a jar for my daughter. He then had 5 bags stuffed with product. Then the other guy was doing the same thing. I finally said that I had to go and they walked me over to the cash register and told me they would only charge me $1, 600. for EVERYTHING! So I gave them a credit card as I just wanted to get out of there and they put so much pressure on me I didn't know what else to do. My credit card didn't work as I was from out of town. While I had my wallet open he was grabbing anything that looked like a card and was trying to swipe it. He then looked at the back of one of my cards and called the number, handed me the phone and told me to tell them it was OK to have the charges on my card. They approved it and he took an imprint of it. Looking at all the bags, I told him I couldn't take them because I was flying out and had nowhere to put them. He told me he would send them to me, wherever in the world I wanted them. I told him I would just come back and get them, so I walked out with NO PRODUCTS! I was so horrified after the ordeal I couldn't go back. I called on 3 occasions and left messages and they wouldn't return my call. now have a $$3, 063.00 charge on my card and NO PRODUCT! They also told me that they would charge another $1, 000 on my card in 6 months! I've disputed it with my card company and the company told them that I took most of the product and they had a no return policy. SO it is their word against mine. I won't even go back to that mall! What a SCAM! I have no idea what to do!
I agree they are scammers... I bought some products and then got scammed into their anti aging facial package. I'm supposed to receive a refund because I contracted the Mall manager and filed a dispute with my credit card. We'll see if I receive my refund ... I'll keep my fingers crossed. Which store did you go to?
