I parked in a lot run by Indigo Park in Calgary on June 5, 2026. Came away from my meetings and returned my parking pass. On July 5 I received a notice that my car had been ticketed to which I referred the ticket to the office at said parking lot. Aug 5 another notice was sent, I asked for proof of ticket as I have no proof of a ticket ever being issued. Indigo states they do not issue proof after 5 days of ticket issue. I asked for proof as I have no ticket. I believe Indigo Park is just after free money and the poor person whom they choose to railroad is left defenseless. Just another way to rob anyone they choose.

Recommendation: Stay away from Indigo and if you are renting space in a building that has Indigo Parking find another rental space.
