I'm disgusted with this organisation, I've been scammed out of 1200 pounds sterling. I entered my info for an assessment just out of curiosity, and when they called back they told me anything I wanted to hear, they said they process our visa for us, they get us our jobs, they help find apartments, they help us move our dog with us..
After they got our money I was told that the only service they are supposed to provide us with is information. As if I would pay 1200 pounds for something I could easily google!

After months of my asking for help and some money back and going to my lawyer I'm now in the process of going through the small claims court where I have been assured we are promptly to get everything sorted. All this money that I could have used in my new country, thrown away. There are SO many warning reviews online warning people against them now, but when i did this there were none. PLEASE take my advice, they dont answer emails or phone calls after you pay them, its like they disappear. When i finally did get one on the phone i cried and cried and they just told me there was nothing they could do, id paid money and had no way to prove what he had told me on the phone when i signed up.

Embarrassingly, I left myself without enough money for food just to know I was secure in the visa process. Turns out all they did for me was go on Kijiji (job website) and forwarded me 2 links total and told me to try applying for the 2 jobs. I could have done that in 2 mins myself, but thats all they ever did for us. Which if anything was worse than doing nothing.

Imperial Visas is a criminal organization that practices highway e-robbery.

Me and my wife were interested in visiting the U.K. We called Imperial Visas to ask them general questions about what we may need in order to go there. They told us to make a deposit of £500, and they would connect me to a experienced case manager the next day, and if we decided we would like them to get the visa for us, they would charge us the full £1000, but if we decided against it, they would refund our money. They never refunded our money and took all the money we had. They are a fraud company. Please be advised these crooks are not to be trusted.

They got my visa rejected as their case worker did not check my documents properly for the maintenance and accommodation. They can appeal on the matter as they are registered as level 1 with OISC.

Well I have just applied my wife's visa through Imperial but so far they seems to vary professional and give you the best information. Yes my caseworker Mr Tanwar is always busy and sometime I don't get reply from him and have to call him to ask him progress of my wife's application. I dont have any negative feel yet other than being bit slow. They are busy but sure they do a good job. I will be writing further review about Imperial Visas so watch the space ...

Guys never retain any service from Imperial Visa it's a scam company, Absoulety Shambolic and be aware of these frauds. Imperial team confirmed that if our visa for UK was rejected they would pay back the fees but sadly our visa was rejected in oct'14 due to lack of businesses plan prepared by Imperial visa team and till now are money has not yet been refunded, we do have all the proofs and documents and have lodged a complaint against theses guys who are cheating innocent people.

On the 6th of February 2014 we entered an agreement for my Sister-In-Laws visa to the UK.

Contract clearly stated: “NO VISA NO FEE SCHEME.” Please find attached contract (Proof A).

Visa has been clearly refused by the UK Embassy in the UAE on the 26th of October 2014. Please find attached refusal letter (Proof B).

An E-mail dated 24th of January 2014 by Mr Arran Abrahams state a guaranteed 3 days service of refund if visa is refused. Please find attached PDF of email correspondence (Proof C).

Today is the 12th of November 2014, Visa was rejected on the 26th of Octobber 2014, we received the visa refusal in hand on the 27th of October 2014. Therefore, 13 WORKING DAYS have elapsed since the refusal of visa and I have still not received my refund.

On the attempted conversation over the phone today we still have not received our refund.

Today at 9.53am I missed your call. To then return you phone call at 10.08am where you stated you would call me back.

At 10.14am I received you call to only last 58 seconds. I requested your permission to record our conversation, however you refused and I respected your wishes and asked if you would then E-mail me your correspondence. At which point you stated that I was making it “Very Difficult” and abruptly discounted our phone call.

We have been on such an emotional ride since the refusal of my sister-in-law visa and I don’t think you have any respect for that at all.

Please contact me via facebook for all the proof required. Please do not sign any contract with them. They are liars.

Terrible company.
Back in Jan I instructed them to be an agent for my family in the UAE. The biggest waste of time and mistake I have ever made. They run behind the money. They did not make clear when they wanted the money and so when they did want the money they were harassing me with phone calls, threatening me that they will cancel my sister-in-laws application with the home office. Then low and behold the application was refused. Now they gave a service saying 100% cash back if refused. Paid them £4000, asking for my money back today I receive a long email requesting me to write in detail why I believe Imperial Visa should refund my money. No only has the contracted promised a full refund on refusal but I also have emails from the agent before we signed the contract saying if the visa is refused we will have the money back within 3 working days. Now I have an emailing stating to explain why I believe I should receive my money back and the man has kindly written he will respond in 10 working days, ridiculous. I am complaining to the OISC and I will be making sure no one makes the same mistake I did. Please comment on this if you want more details because I have everything in written proof. Applying for a visa is already a emotional experience you don't want to have a bad agent making your experience 10 times worse!

Imperial Visas was very helpful from the first phone call I made to them, they gave me useful information over the phone where others would only give at a paid appointment. they gave us useful templates and made sure required documents are attached, they even gave us a discount as the premium service at the home office was costing us alot of money as we are a family of 5.The service was hassle free they would always answer your phone calls and reply to your emails promply, My family visa extension was successful and Ali sat with us through it all at the home office. A Real Genuine Company

I made an inquiry online with at least 10 companies and provided them all my circumstances, no one advised me the way Imperial Visas did they told me what I need and I had not paid them by then whereas other companies just wanted to take the money and send me a quote saying its the client care letter. I later received a client care letter from Imperial Visas which contained all the discussion I had with them and also the list of documents I need. No doubt I decided to go with them. After which the service went according to what I was told.

They give you templates of what you need and also explain you thoroughly what documents should be gathered.
The service was hassle free and not at all diabolical as stated by other people, they know what they are talking about. All my emails were replied all my phone call were answered and they are really good at what they are doing

Will recommend these people to my friends and family and also anyone else who needs help with UK immigration problem.

I was doing my case with another company and my case was refused, I somehow came through imperial visas by recommendation of my friend. They looked into all the points raised in my refusal and asked for certain documents. They prepared a bundle for my Appeal and lodged the same for me. In the court I was sent along with a Barrister and things were set right in the court. The barrister got my appeal allowed in 30 mins and the judge gave a fee order so I got some of my fee back with I had paid towards the court. Now my wife is here in the UK.

Exceptional Service

I decided to go with Imperial Visas after researching myself in order to apply for my EEA Residence card the caseworker was great in advising me over the documents needed, as i did not have lot of things... my case was not straight forward at all I came on a student visa and overstayed they guided me through out I was caught by the UKBA outside the station and I called my caseworker and in few hours after few faxed letter from him I was free to leave. I left them an enquiry over the phone in mid february I received a call back after a day, spoke to the adviser to get my fiance from Ukraine and the guy just asked me few questions and then told me that they will be able to help and told me that it will take around 3 months to get her over here.

I kept the phone down and gave call to few other companies and also paid another company for a meeting but was not satisfied with things and the way things sounded.

I decided to go and meet IMPERIAL VISAS and from the time I stepped my foot in their office I had good vibes at least they started off by asking me for water and tea, I waited for 5 mins and the lady came in to get a note of circumstances after which a gentleman walked in to discuss my case he exactly told me what I need to gather and how the procedure would work. they somehow looked trust worthy so I thought to go with my instincts. My wife was pregnant in India and I was in a rush to get her over here, the plans did not work as she was refused the visa which was put in by my lawyer in Birmingham, Now I was in a problem because I had to show more income to bring my wife as well as my child. I happened to come through Imperial Visas on online through google, before hiring them I called many people and everyone seemed to after one thing i.e. money...The lady who answered my phone just took all the information from me and told me that i will get a call back, i thought that I did not pay her so why would they call me, but after an hour I got a call from them and the gentlemen told me that I will need to come down for a meeting as my circumstances are complicated and there are certain issues they need to discuss with me.

They told me the price for the service and told me that if I do not take up the service I will just need to pay for consultation which I was happy to. I went to see them on a weekend and the Guy actually told me where my case is weak and that I will need to wait for a period of 6 months to get my wife over he explained me what is the work involved and how we need to satisfy the rules. I was happy to wait till I could get my family in the UK.

I paid the consultation money and thought I will give a call to my family to discuss after 2 days I called them to start the process they adjusted the money I had paid for consultation and started the work. Overall the service was nice but I had to hold on the phone for a while before I spoke to my caseworker as he seemed to be busy always.

Any How now its now 8 months since i first met them and my child and my wife is here. I thank your team to get the visa for my family.

I was self employed and did not know where to start, I had given my money to another company and just had a online portal which did not help me as i did not know what to do and whether my documents will be acceptable. I truly believe these people are experts with this I got my wife visa refused by applying with another company in birmingham, the guys gave me choice to appeal or make a new application and I decided to make a new application with them. I spoke to then initially over the phone and later was called in for a meeting in order to show my refusal letter and my documents. Believe me my case was not ease my wife had been refused twice for stupid mistakes by other lawyer. I met Mr Ali who took my documents and after waiting for half an hour he came back with a good news he told me they will be able to do this for me. I paid then decent amount of money and had a meeting with a solicitor and was told to gather certain documents relevant to my circumstances and once I gave them they made everything ready in a week and couriered my documents to my wife in Morroco. they arranged all the appointments for my wife and today after 3 months of stressful waiting my wife got the visa.

imperialvisas.com shuddered my visa after one of their consultants promised me the heavens and the earth just o get my deposit and sign up to their unfair contract. Imperial Visas cheated my money. Do you know of any action group to get this company listed as scammers? Im recommend going to your local MP and telling him about them.

ive asked for my refund and they have told me that ive signed the contract and wont give anything back to me. The reason im writing this imperial visas review is because i need help. Has anyone got any other ideas?
