Impact Metering Services review: Electricity and water bill

Impact Metering Services are the service providers at Bridgefield Estate in Leander Street, Olympus, Pretoria. My monthly bill used to be R1 500. Then this year it escalated : Feb R1324/ Mar R2121/ Apr R2203/ May R2684/ Jun R3298/ Jul R4286/ Aug R6756.

We are two adults and a child of 4 years. We have a small garden. I compared it with my neighbour's statements, and even though his account has also been escalated, and they are 7 people in the household, his account his month is R4700.

They cannot be contacted, as their phone calls are handled by an answering service saying : "Due to level 2 lockdown, they are closed" All businesses are back to work, except them. They keep sending out invoices though. They need to be investigated and we need to get satisfactory answers to our complaints as we are struggling to make ends meet.
