IMG Travel Insurance review: Need my claim paid

Bought travel insurance for trip to Mexico.in May 2022. Got sick and had doctor treat me in Pureta Vidanta. He gave me a shot and supplied drug subscriptions to be filled. I filled out and paid for all health services Submitted doctors bills to IMG. Submitted all paperwork they asked for. They have not paid for claims filed in May and do not return phone calls. I think the claim is for about $165.00.
