IIHT review: Request for refund – itil v4 certification fees paid

I made my first payment of ₹20,000 on 23 October 2025. As per the confirmation given by your HR team, the cross-certification process for ITIL V4 would begin only after completing the full payment. Based on this assurance, I made the second payment of ₹18,000 on 25 October 2025, completing the total amount of ₹38,000.

However, after making the full payment, I did not receive any update from IIHT regarding the start of my ITIL V4 cross-certification. I called again on 31 October 2025 to check the status, and your HR informed me that the process would begin the following week. Even after waiting for two weeks, I did not receive any communication from your team. I had to continuously follow up, but no one reached out to me with any clear update.

On 5 November 2025, I again contacted HR through WhatsApp and requested a confirmation. I received a reply stating that the process would be completed soon. Unfortunately, even after five more days, there was still no response or any progress made from IIHT regarding my certification.

Due to the complete lack of communication and the continuous delays despite repeated follow-ups, I finally requested a refund on 10 November 2025. Even after this request, I have not received my refund, nor has anyone from IIHT contacted me to clarify whether the certification will be processed or to provide any status update. It has now been more than a month, and the issue remains unresolved.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. After paying the full amount in good faith, I expected professional and timely communication, which has not been provided.

Therefore, I am once again requesting an immediate refund of my ₹38,000. Kindly process my refund at the earliest and confirm the timeline for the same. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter without further delay.
